The course
A flexible intervention that highlights different approach to the experimental study of food policies, in the lab and in the field, covering studies ran in GAEL, Grenoble, in the last 10 years.
This intervention can span from a short introduction to a larger course on the use of experimental economics to tackle policies related to food consumption.
