The project in a nutshell
We elicit the longevity beliefs of a representative sample of the Swiss population using a CDF and a PDF interface, with and without visual aids. Visual aid helps in reducing bias, and the PDF interface is strikingly better than the CDF and delivers estimates much less biased than in the previous literature.
